Limited Time Fixed Interest Rate 4.50% / 4.60% APR ("Promotion") valid on new home contracts entered as of 6/24/26 - 7/12/26 ("Promotion Period") on select Phoenix area Quick Move-in Homes that close on or before 8/5/26 (each, an "Eligible Home").
