Can I use Home Stimulus in my local area?
Most likely. We are a nationwide company, however we are committed at growing at a pace that is sustainable. We are in most major markets, however we may not be in all smaller cities and towns.
What is a Home Stimulus Refund?
A Home Stimulus Refund is a real, tangible refund you will receive when you buy or sell a home. This is not something you hope to recieve years down the road. You get your home refund on closing day.
How do I increase my rebate size?
Now this is where things get fun. Use our 24/7 concierge platform to walk yourself through the home buying/selling process. Don't worry, real human beings are availabe if needed! Its simple, the more you complete, the more you increase your refund.
Is there a max I can receive?
You can build your refund up to $20,000. Refund amounts are based off many factors such as your purchase price, geographical area, and program eligibility.
Is anyone eligible?
Absolutely, we want to bring our program to as many people as possible. The Home Stimulus Refund is unfortunately not available where prohibited by law: Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee. Home Stimulus Refund must meet minimum co-op commissions. Lender approval required and must confirm ability to receive refund.
