Offer valid for select cash or financed To-Be-Built new home contracts Taylor Morrison's Trailstone Destination Collection community only written as of 6/24/26 – 8/31/26 only ("Promotion Period") if Buyer also finalizes all option selections and makes all required deposits within the time frame set forth in the Purchase Agreement (each, an "Eligible Home").
